Dear Just Ink
I bought the cheapest HP printer (HP DeskJet 2842e) in September, and after 3 months after the HP instant ink program expired, I couldn't print. According to HP, it's because there's a chip in the ink cartridge and I can only print if I subscribe to the HP Instant ink program again. In Europe (where I'm from), there's no such thing, when the original ink cartridge runs out we have to refill it or buy a remanufactured cartridge.
Is there any solution so I can use my HP printer? I've tried connecting it to my computer via USB, but I still can't print.
Thank you for your help,
SOLUTION :
Unfortunately, you have purchased a printer that only can except brand name cartridges.
No refills
No generics
We carry these at our Abbotsford & Chilliwack locations.
CAREFUL WHAT PRINTER YOU BUY.
