Being a small business owner has its ups and downs. On the plus side, you get to follow your passion, call the shots, and connect directly with your customers. It’s amazing to see something you’ve built grow and thrive. On the flip side, it can be stressful juggling everything, dealing with financial risks, and working long hours. The income isn’t always steady, and challenges can pop up out of nowhere. Still, for many, the freedom and sense of accomplishment make it all worth it.
