It's my requirement to show up to work every day and do what is required to support the family that I love, financially.  How I do this, funny enough, has nothing to do with money actually.
We are in the printer business and we make money when sell printer cartridges or refill them.
How we sell them best is when we make no effort to sell them, but make the effort in ensuring we take care of our customers' printers and keep our people happy, We care about how our product works because we put ourselves in your shoes when they don't.  Printer cartridges that fail are down right frustrating.  We are constantly thinking of how we can make better our equation of refilled cartridges that cost half the price of new and print just like new.
