Paper Jams

Paper jams are one of the most frustrating of all printer problems. While your initial reaction may be to rip the paper out in frustration and clear the block, we recommend some patience. Tearing the paper out can just make the problem worse or damage a part of the printer. When removing the paper we recommend taking your time to remove the paper ensuring all possible pieces are removed. Most printers have a rear access door that can be opened to assist paper removal as well. The most common cause of a paper jam is misaligned paper. Be sure that the loaded paper is aligned in the tray.

Blanking out

Why is my printer not printing even though it has ink?

There are numerous possible causes for a printer that's suddenly producing blank pages. The most common ones are empty ink cartridges, improper cartridge installation, and clogged nozzles, and software glitches. Some additional thoughts are, we usually determine full or empty cartridges by weight. If you don't use an inkjet printer for a while then the printhead starts to block with dried up ink. For inkjets it's a use it or loose it. Sometimes it's the standard power down the printer and computer and then restart them.
